Paulette A. Boyd, 70, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Universal Health Care in Oxford.
She was daughter of the late Floyd and Bertha Abbott. Paulette was a member of Central Baptist Church in Henderson and was owner/operator of Paulette’s Dairy Bar in Oxford for many years.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 17, 2017 in the Eakes Funeral Home Chapel in Oxford. Burial will be in Hester Baptist Church Cemetery.
Surviving is her husband of fifty-four years, William H. Boyd, Sr. of the home; a daughter, Lisa Gaye Boyd (Lynelle), a son, William H. Boyd, Jr. (Christine) all of Oxford; sisters, Barbara Twisdale of Townsville and Janet Newhouse of Henderson; brothers, Buster Abbott of Kittrell, Michael Abbott of Youngsville and David Abbott of Henderson; eight grandchildren, Justin, Jonathan, Thomas, Elizabeth, Heather, Candace, Alison and Tyler and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday evening, March 16, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford and at other times at the home of Justin Boyd.
